 B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. B.com provides you wide career opportunities like Accountant, Auditor, Tax consultant and so on. Mostly the duration of Bachelor of Commerce Degree spans over a period of 3 years. A person seeking the Commerce Degree needs to study 5-7 subjects.  One can opt for various combinations depending upon the availability of choices in various Institutes. Bachelor of Commerce course is offered in many different disciplines to train candidates in a particular field.

Qualifications –

The eligibility criteria for a B.Com course specifies that candidates should have completed their 10+2 with commerce from a recognized board. Apart from this, some colleges also specify that aspirants should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks at their Class 12 level in order to be eligible to pursue a B.Com course offered by them. Some colleges also offer 5% marks relaxation in this criteria for SC/ ST candidates.
